Kalamba Agro Sales & Services understands that sometimes a customer may need to return a product for various reasons. We want to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases and that the return process is as convenient and straightforward as possible.
Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and undamaged products. If a customer decides to return a product within 30 days of the purchase date, they may do so for a full refund or exchange, excluding any shipping and handling fees.
To initiate a return, customers must first contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included with the returned product, along with the original packaging, manuals, and any other accessories.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product, and the product must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is unused and undamaged, we will process the refund or exchange.
Please note that some products may have different return policies due to their nature or manufacturer’s policies. Any exceptions to our standard return policy will be clearly stated on the product page.
